B.N. Nagaraja Family Law Firm is seeking an organized, professional and people focused Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee Human Resources, administration, client coordination and office operations. This full time work from office position is based in Bengaluru and requires close collaboration with management and advocates to ensure smooth employee management, client service and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, interviews, employee onboarding, attendance, leave management and basic Human Resources records.
Maintain a professional, organized and accountable workplace culture.
Handle calls and messages from new and existing clients and coordinate appointments.
Welcome clients, manage check in and check out processes, collect client feedback and request Google reviews.
Coordinate with advocates regarding hearings, documents, case updates and pending actions.
Maintain accurate client records, case trackers, appointment schedules and follow up notes.
Follow up with clients regarding documents, appointments, information requests and outstanding payments.
Monitor and collect consultation fees, appearance fees and other approved payments while maintaining accurate payment records.
Identify delays or unresolved matters and escalate issues before they affect clients or case timelines.
Manage office supplies, purchases, housekeeping, repairs, maintenance and vendor coordination.
Maintain confidentiality while communicating professionally with clients, advocates, employees, interns and vendors.

Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
Experience in Human Resources, recruitment, administration, client service or office operations.
Professional communication skills through telephone, WhatsApp and face to face interactions.
Strong organizational, documentation and follow up abilities.
Experience conducting interviews and coordinating employee onboarding.
Confidence handling client interactions and payment discussions.
Ability to coordinate with advocates and manage multiple ongoing tasks.
Basic knowledge of computers, Google Workspace, smartphones, attendance systems and office software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with a proactive and professional approach.
