The Senior Analyst HRIS Reporting will work under the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting and will be responsible for developing Oracle Fusion HCM reporting solutions, workforce analytics and HR data reporting to support Human Resources Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence including standard, ad hoc, scheduled and analytical reports.
Act as the primary point of contact for General HR reporting by partnering with business stakeholders, functional leads and end users to gather requirements, manage reporting requests and deliver effective reporting solutions.
Manage end to end report delivery including requirement analysis, report development, testing, validation, deployment and ongoing enhancements with minimal supervision.
Develop and support reports across Core HR and additional Oracle HCM modules including Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Talent Management and Help Desk.
Ensure data accuracy, data integrity, reporting security, compliance and optimal report performance while meeting business timelines.
Analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues and validate report outputs against source data and business requirements.
Develop workforce analytics dashboards and key performance indicators to support strategic HR decision making and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Perform HR data integrity and compliance analysis while providing recommendations and corrective actions to HR leadership.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams when required.
Provide post deployment support, user training and guidance on report usage and reporting best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and related HR processes.
Provide functional reporting guidance to junior team members.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules is highly preferred and exposure to integrations or data loading processes is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience developing and testing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI Publisher reports.
Experience with General HR processes and HR data.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM security.
Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience.
