Ltd. is an engineering and construction company operating across EPC, turnkey design-build, and real estate development. The organization is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to independently build, strengthen, and manage its entire human resources function. This role is responsible for establishing structured HR systems, defining standard operating procedures (SOPs), authoring the employee handbook, and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding. Key responsibilities include creating structured recruitment workflows, conducting professional onboarding and HRMS orientations, and designing performance management frameworks covering goal setting, appraisals, promotions, increments, and incentive alignment. The professional will formulate and govern critical company policies spanning attendance, leaves, remote work, expenses, code of conduct, and POSH awareness and committee administration. The role takes complete ownership of payroll operations and statutory compliance in close collaboration with the Finance team, overseeing accurate management of PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, overtime tracking, site allowances, and periodic HR audits. In addition, the manager will organize employee tax-awareness workshops with external Chartered Accountants, streamline investment declarations, and maintain flawless payroll records. Driving HR digital transformation is central to the role, with a strong focus on utilizing HRMS platforms like Zoho People for tracking headcount, attrition, workforce analytics, payroll costs, and monthly leadership MIS reports. The position also oversees end-to-end offboarding, exit interviews, asset clearances, attrition trend analysis, and timely Full and Final (FnF) settlements.
