A company based in Ashok Nagar, Bangalore is hiring an HR & Admin Executive to manage both human resources and administrative functions. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and office administration.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer letter issuance. The role also includes attendance and leave management, payroll input coordination, onboarding, induction, employee engagement initiatives, exit formalities, grievance handling, and maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act and other labour regulations, managing office operations, visitor handling, staff coordination, ID card issuance, uniform procurement, stationery and consumable management, travel and accommodation arrangements, asset management, training coordination, meeting management, and maintaining HR and administrative records.
The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of payroll processes, HRMS tools, labour laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, and office administration. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role also requires supporting a culture of accountability, integrity, employee well-being, and operational excellence.
