This is a paid internship opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms, scheduling and coordinating interviews, following up with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements. Candidates should have good communication skills in English, a strong interest in HR and recruitment, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hiring environment. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
