The role is responsible for leading the complete people agenda across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations while supporting business growth through scalable and data-driven HR strategies. Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for critical business roles, workforce planning, hiring budget management, employer branding, sourcing strategy development, diversity hiring initiatives, vendor management, assessment frameworks, offer negotiations, recruitment analytics, succession planning, and campus hiring programs. As an HR Business Partner, the role involves advising business leaders on organizational design, talent planning, performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement, culture initiatives, change management, leadership development, employee relations, and disciplinary processes. The HR Operations component includes overseeing onboarding, HRIS administration, employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance management, audit readiness, policy development, SOP creation, process automation, and HR analytics reporting. The position requires a strategic HR professional capable of balancing talent acquisition, business partnering, and operational excellence while leading a small HR team and collaborating with senior leadership.
