Lamba Group is hiring an experienced HR Manager for an on-site role in Delhi. This full-time position focuses on managing end-to-end HR operations, manpower planning, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and leading multi-location HR processes across showrooms, workshops, and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Planning: Manage overall HR operations, manpower planning, and coordinate with department heads and management.
Recruitment & Lifecycle: Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Payroll & HRMS: Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and HRMS records.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labour laws, including PF, ESI, and other regulatory compliances.
Policies & Multi-Location Management: Implement HR policies and SOPs, and manage operations across multiple showrooms and workshops.
Employee Relations & Performance: Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, engagement, and retention strategies.
Team Leadership & MIS: Lead and guide the internal HR team, maintain employee records, and prepare accurate HR MIS reports.
Requirements
Experience: 6–8 years of relevant HR management experience.
Industry Preference: Prior experience in Automobile Dealerships or Multi-location Operations is preferred.
Key Expertise: Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance (PF/ESI), payroll coordination, and SOP implementation.
Core Competencies:
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and grievance handling abilities.
Capability to manage fast-paced multi-site operations independently.
