Role: Senior HR Manager (HR Operations)
Location: Sector 62, Noida (Work From Office)
Experience: 2 - 4 Years (including team leadership experience)
Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi NCR (Noida, Delhi, Meerut preferred)
Role Overview:
Cosma Fertility is looking for an experienced, proactive, and people-oriented Senior HR professional to lead HR operations, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and strengthen HR processes. This role requires strong leadership to run HR operations independently and partner with leadership and business teams such as Sales and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and engagement
- Oversee HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee relations
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams on manpower planning, performance management, and team development
- Support leadership with HR reporting, workforce planning, and process improvements
- Develop and streamline HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, management, and other business functions
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR operations with a track record of leading an HR team
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, compliance, and employee relations
- Prior experience supporting Sales or business development teams preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to handle employee matters independently
