Evolvingmindz is hiring a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition for an on-site role in Bangalore. This full-time position focuses on leading end-to-end recruitment, leadership and middle-management hiring, stakeholder management, and driving hiring closures within defined TATs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Handle top management, middle management, and operational/support hiring.
Develop sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants, and networking.
Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, conducting preliminary HR interviews.
Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand requirements.
Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
Drive timely closure of critical positions within defined TATs.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness, while maintaining MIS and hiring dashboards.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 10-13 years of dedicated recruitment and talent acquisition experience with strong expertise in leadership and middle management hiring.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and advanced recruitment trackers/dashboards.
Competencies: Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and offer-closing skills. MBA, MSW, or PGDM in HR preferred.
Note: Candidates with background in HR Operations, HRBP, Payroll, Employee Relations, Generalist HR, or Administration are not eligible.
