An IT Services organization is hiring a Manager – Human Resources for its Pune location. This is a strategic HR leadership role responsible for leading the HR function across HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. The role involves driving people strategy, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement initiatives, compliance management, and HR digital transformation while partnering closely with business leaders. Key responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, HRBP management, workforce planning, talent strategy execution, performance management, rewards and recognition programs, leadership development, employer branding initiatives, employee engagement, HR operations oversight, HR analytics, compliance management, and implementation of HR technology solutions including HRIS and ATS platforms. Candidates should have strong business partnering capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, change leadership experience, and a deep understanding of employee lifecycle management, labor law compliance, and HR operations.
