Leon's India is hiring an HR Executive – Blue Collar Hiring for its Bangalore and Chennai locations. The company is looking for a result-driven recruiter with strong expertise in bulk and blue-collar hiring. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end blue-collar recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, driving hiring through field sourcing, job fairs, referrals, vendors, NGOs, skill centres, and job portals, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, managing candidate follow-ups, ensuring timely position closures, delivering smooth joining and onboarding experiences, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets, maintaining productivity benchmarks, and preparing daily MIS reports covering recruitment pipelines, interviews, offers, and joins. Candidates should have experience in bulk hiring, exposure to the hospitality or QSR industry, strong networks with vendors, NGOs, institutions, and skill centres, and the ability to consistently deliver hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
