AptoHR is hiring an HR Operations Manager for an on-site role in Borivali, Mumbai. This full-time position focuses on managing the complete employee lifecycle, HR administration across corporate and factory locations, performance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
Handle pre- and post-onboarding, induction, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and increments.
Maintain employee records and HR reports using SPINE HRMS.
Manage day-to-day HR administration across corporate and factory locations.
Coordinate performance management, goal setting, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Drive employee engagement, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate training programs, learning initiatives, and employee development activities.
Support HR audits, documentation, reporting, and policy implementation.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 5+ years of relevant HR experience in corporate and factory HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and onboarding.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SPINE HRMS (preferred), along with a solid understanding of PMS, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Competencies: Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to Learning & Development initiatives.
