DMCFS is hiring a Payroll Manager for its manufacturing operations in Pune. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees, workers, and contract labour, including wages, overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, salary revisions, arrears, and Full & Final settlements. The candidate will be responsible for statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factory Act, and Contract Labour Act. Additional responsibilities include biometric attendance monitoring, shift validation, contractor payroll verification, workforce coordination, payroll MIS reporting, labour cost analysis, audit support, employee master data management, and payroll reconciliation. Candidates should have strong expertise in manufacturing payroll operations, labour law compliance, payroll software, Excel, MIS reporting, and HRMS systems. Experience with SAP HR, Payroll Software, HRMS, Excel, and Tally is preferred.
