Codvo.ai is hiring a People Ops Specialist (Admin) for its Hinjewadi, Pune office. The company is looking for energetic professionals who can support People Operations, administration, employee engagement, and workplace experience initiatives in a fast-paced work environment.
The role involves asset management, vendor and supplier coordination, supplier agreement management, negotiations, reporting, office administration, and daypass management. The selected candidate will also plan and execute company events such as townhalls, employee meetups, celebrations, and engagement programs while supporting employee experience initiatives and corporate gifting activities.
Additional responsibilities include time tracking, attendance validation, payroll coordination, internal communications, employee announcements, welcome communications, work anniversaries, event updates, and employee engagement activities. The role requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Administration, Employee Experience, or Office Administration roles. Strong communication, coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
