Agile Regulatory is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Intern to join its HR team. The internship is based at D-215, D Block, Sector 63, Noida and is a 3-month full-time internship opportunity. Freshers are welcome to apply, and candidates pursuing or having completed BBA or MBA, preferably with an HR or HRM specialization, are eligible. Immediate joiners will be preferred. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, HR MIS, and day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as job posting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination. The intern will coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities. The role will also involve assisting with employee onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, recruitment trackers, employee databases, attendance records, and HR MIS. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities while learning about practical HR processes in a professional work environment. Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills in English, basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets, and strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important for this role. The internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations along with mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals. An Internship Completion Certificate will be provided after successfully completing the internship. There is also an opportunity for a full-time employment offer based on performance during the internship. Experience: Fresher. Location: D-215, D Block, Sector 63, Noida.
