Mariinox is hiring an HR Executive - Generalist for an on-site role in Delhi NCR under the leadership of Lalit Kumar. This role focuses on managing end-to-end HR operations across offices, plants, warehouses, and collection centres, along with handling payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, track attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and resolve employee queries.
Statutory Compliance: Coordinate labour law compliance, PF, ESIC, statutory records, and filings with internal teams and external consultants.
Employee Engagement & Grievances: Manage employee grievances, retention, workplace engagement initiatives, and disciplinary documentation.
Performance Management: Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee confirmation processes.
HR MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee databases and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower costs.
Organisation-Wide HR Operations: Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across all locations (offices, plants, warehouses, collection centres).
Requirements
Experience: 3ā5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in a fast-growing organisation.
Key Expertise: Strong background in employee lifecycle management, compliance coordination, and payroll inputs.
Preferred Tool Knowledge: Prior experience working on Keka HRMS (attendance, leave, employee records, and payroll coordination) is an added advantage.
Core Competencies:
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
