Ionage is hiring HR Manager / People & Talent Associate for Bangalore location. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring across technical, business, operations, and leadership roles, working closely with founders and business leaders on hiring and people strategy, driving onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, handling employee coordination and workplace management, building HR systems, workflows, policies, and onboarding experiences, using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and productivity, managing stakeholder communication and day-to-day people operations, supporting culture-building initiatives, coordinating with vendors, consultants, and hiring partners, and occasional travel for hiring drives or business requirements. Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or HR Operations with strong problem-solving, execution, stakeholder management, AI tools knowledge, and startup mindset. Experience in startups, SaaS, EV, mobility, or technology companies will be an added advantage.
