Job Description
Roseate Hotels & Resorts is hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the pre-opening team of a distinctive luxury hospitality property in Noida. The role will be responsible for pre-opening recruitment, manpower planning, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, training and development, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality HR experience and the ability to build a people-first culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR activities for the pre-opening of the luxury hospitality property.
Develop and execute pre-opening recruitment strategies to build the required workforce.
Drive manpower planning and ensure timely hiring across departments.
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and HR documentation.
Establish and manage HR operations, policies, processes, and systems for the property.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong people-first workplace culture.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees and departmental teams.
Support performance management, appraisal, and employee development processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance reports.
Partner with departmental heads and leadership teams on workforce and people-related matters.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries.
Lead HR initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged hospitality workforce.
Support the smooth transition from pre-opening activities to regular property HR operations.
