The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing executive and technical recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines and improving hiring outcomes through strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end executive searches including calibration, market mapping, candidate slate development and successful hiring closure.
Build proactive and evergreen talent pipelines to reduce future time to fill and support business growth.
Improve candidate slate quality through effective targeting, sourcing strategies and candidate qualification.
Increase offer acceptance rates through early alignment on compensation expectations, candidate motivations and decision timelines.
Reduce dependency on external search partners by developing strong internal recruitment capabilities.
Collaborate with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand talent requirements and deliver successful hiring outcomes.
Key Competencies
Strong technical understanding of executive roles, technologies and skills required to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications.
Ability to develop and execute data driven and strategic recruiting plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify recruitment challenges and implement creative solutions.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market conditions and business requirements while maintaining professionalism.
Strong negotiation skills to manage job offers, compensation packages and employment terms while meeting organizational requirements.
Excellent relationship building skills with candidates, hiring managers and cross functional teams.
Experience
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally 7+ years, with expertise in sourcing, assessing and hiring engineering talent.
Demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, hiring committee discussions, offer negotiation, closing and onboarding.
Passion for gaming with a strong understanding of gaming culture, trends and technologies.
Experience working in startup or turnaround environments with a proactive approach, ownership mindset and ability to drive recruitment results.
Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles with a history of staying in positions for 2 or more years. Internal career growth and promotions are highly valued.
Candidates currently located in Bangalore or willing to relocate are preferred for this role.
