Job Description
Flow Interio Private Limited is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the organization’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance and employee relations while supporting business growth and fostering a positive work culture.
The HR Manager will independently manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, compliance, workforce planning and employee development initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, people management capabilities and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across all functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers and exit processes.
Oversee attendance management, leave administration, employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate performance management processes, appraisals and employee development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies and workplace culture programs.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance and payroll teams.
Maintain HRIS, employee databases and HR reports.
Partner with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
Monitor recruitment metrics, employee turnover and HR analytics.
Conduct training and development programs based on business requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization is preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in recruitment, HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience in construction, interior design, manufacturing, real estate or related industries is preferred.
Preferred Industry includes Luxury Home Interiors, Interior Design and Fit-out, Construction, Real Estate, Architecture Firms, Manufacturing and Facility Management.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Experience handling complete HR functions independently.
