About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure across the full employee lifecycle. As an HR Associate, you will work closely with the HR team and leadership to execute critical people processes, enhance employee experience and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The role provides cross-functional exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and HR operations. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and building scalable people practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Support end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Drive seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
Manage documentation, induction schedules and stakeholder coordination.
Ensure structured and compliant offboarding processes.
Learning & Development
Assist in planning and executing learning initiatives and training programs.
Track participation, feedback and the effectiveness of learning and development interventions.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Contribute to building and sustaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support internal communications and employee experience initiatives.
Capability Management
Assist in tracking employee growth, skills and development journeys.
Support initiatives that build internal capability pipelines.
Organization & Policies
Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
Support policy documentation, updates and communication.
Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and workplace management.
Maintain HR data, trackers and reports.
Take ownership of ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination.
Desired Competencies
Graduate qualification is mandatory.
Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Quick learning ability with strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a collaborative team player while adapting to different responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, time management and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
