The Lead HR Business Partner will serve as the single point of contact for all HR needs of assigned business units. The role requires partnering with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning and Development teams to drive employee engagement, talent management, performance management, organizational development and HR strategy while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR partner for business leaders and employees.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to track, monitor and ensure quality hiring for business units.
Design, implement and administer HR programs covering onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, career development and employee retention.
Maintain a strong understanding of employee engagement by proactively monitoring employee feedback and organizational culture.
Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to plan and implement employee and leadership development initiatives.
Benchmark and implement HR best practices and policies.
Drive employee motivation programs, recognition initiatives and job rotation opportunities.
Identify HR issues proactively and recommend practical solutions in collaboration with HR leadership.
Develop HR metrics to identify trends and recommend business improvements.
Collaborate with regional and global HR Business Partners on strategic HR initiatives.
Develop career progression frameworks and succession planning for high performing employees.
Lead talent management initiatives and implement systems for employee development and retention.
Partner with business leaders and Learning and Development teams to strengthen competencies across product, domain and technology functions.
Establish and improve HR processes while continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
Drive employee engagement by ensuring transparency in compensation, role alignment and career progression.
Monitor departmental budgets related to HR activities.
Work closely with the HR Operations team to manage employee records, salary fitment and incentive updates.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and geographic regulations.
Monitor leave management and approval processes.
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion through inclusive practices and unbiased decision making.
Perform additional HR responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at all organizational levels.
Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Self motivated with strong research and analytical capabilities.
Fluent in English.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
