Job Description:
Accustomed Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
ā¢ Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
ā¢ Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
ā¢ Arrange transportation for employees and management as required.
ā¢ Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs, maintain calendars, and schedule appointments.
ā¢ Manage office assets, documentation, and administrative records.
ā¢ Ensure timely availability of office resources and resolve administrative issues.
ā¢ Coordinate with HR, Operations, and other departments for smooth workflow.
ā¢ Maintain MIS reports, invoices, vendor payments, and other administrative documentation.
ā¢ Support employee engagement activities, events, and office celebrations.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
ā¢ Graduate in any discipline.
ā¢ 1ā3 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
ā¢ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
ā¢ Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
ā¢ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
ā¢ Experience in vendor management and facility administration will be an advantage.
ā¢ Willingness to work in the Night Shift (9:00 PM ā 6:00 AM).
