Job Description
Kuku is hiring HR Interns – Recruitment for its Talent Acquisition team. This is a paid full-time work from home internship opportunity based in Bangalore HSR Layout for candidates who are eager to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes. The selected intern will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates based on job requirements, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, conducting initial phone or video screenings, maintaining candidate feedback records, updating recruitment trackers, ATS tools, and candidate databases, preparing offer letters and onboarding documents under supervision, supporting recruitment events, campus drives, employer branding initiatives, hiring analytics, and recruitment reporting. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Candidates with 0–6 months of recruitment, Talent Acquisition, internship, or project-based experience can apply. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of job portals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ATS tools like Keka, Pyjama HR, or similar platforms, campus hiring experience, and familiarity with virtual onboarding tools will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
