Job Description:
Selective Global Search Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter to manage Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HRMS, and core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
ā¢ Handle employee onboarding, induction, and complete employee lifecycle management.
ā¢ Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR administration activities.
ā¢ Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing.
ā¢ Manage HR Operations, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
ā¢ Coordinate Learning & Development activities and HR compliance requirements.
ā¢ Maintain recruitment data using Keka HRMS and Zoho Recruit ATS.
ā¢ Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to fulfill recruitment and HR objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
ā¢ 6ā8 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations/Generalist, and Talent Acquisition.
ā¢ Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS and Zoho Recruit ATS.
ā¢ Expertise in onboarding, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
ā¢ Experience in employee engagement, performance management, Learning & Development, and HR compliance.
ā¢ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
