ACA Group is a leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance advisory firm serving the financial services industry through consulting, managed services, and ComplianceAlpha technology solutions. Employee Size: 1000+ employees. The Resource Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective allocation and management of resources for projects. This is a non-billable and non-client-facing role that works closely with PMO Project Managers, Sales, Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to manage project resource requirements. Responsibilities include assigning PMO Project Managers and Delivery resources to active and upcoming projects based on resource availability, skills, and project timelines. Review and fulfill resource requests while collaborating with project managers to identify staffing requirements. Ensure Delivery resources maintain updated skills and certifications within the resource management system. Maintain the skills and certification matrix and monitor quarterly updates through reporting dashboards. Partner with Sales, Order Management, PMO leadership, and Services leadership to forecast future resource requirements. Communicate resource availability gaps and skill shortages to leadership. Assist in improving resource management processes and updating standard operating procedures. Support the adoption of resource management tools and technology. Resolve resource allocation conflicts and escalate complex issues when required. Ensure project and resource data remain accurate for reporting and analytics. Monitor resource utilization and project data for accurate reporting. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, supervision, or similar roles. Experience with Certinia PSA or similar resource management platforms is required. Knowledge of project management processes, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce, Conga CLM, Salesforce CPQ, and financial services or Governance, Risk, and Compliance environments will be an advantage. Strong communication, analytical thinking, forecasting, problem-solving, collaboration, strategic planning, multitasking, adaptability, and time management skills are required. This is a hybrid role with two days per week in the Pune office and three days remote. Work shift is 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
