The Manager - Human Resources will lead Human Resources and Workplace Operations for the India site. The role is responsible for delivering effective HR business partnering, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing facilities and office operations to support business performance and employee experience. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals through workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Drive end-to-end talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, performance management, employee development, and career growth initiatives. Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, POSH compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements. Lead employee engagement, retention, well-being initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. Collaborate with global teams on compensation programs, merit cycles, and career frameworks. Oversee benefits administration including Provident Fund, gratuity, insurance, leave policies, and payroll coordination with finance. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws including Provident Fund, Gratuity, Shops and Establishments Act, Bonus Act, leave regulations, and support audits. Liaise with legal, finance, and external agencies to maintain governance and compliance. Manage workplace operations including office infrastructure, vendor management, security, housekeeping, transport, safety compliance, budgeting, procurement, contracts, space planning, office moves, and business continuity planning. Enhance employee experience by ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace environment. Support onboarding logistics, workspace setup, workplace programs, employee events, and internal communications. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 10+ years of HR experience including at least 5+ years in HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles. Experience working in multinational organizations, strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, facilities management, workplace operations, stakeholder management, and matrix organizations is required. MBA, PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred. Experience in hybrid HR and site leadership roles along with exposure to scaling India operations will be an added advantage.
