Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
Source and screen candidates
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
Manage recruitment requirements and closures
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Recruitment experience
Recruitment Consulting experience preferred
Strong communication and candidate management skills
Result-oriented approach
