The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for HVAC engineers, technicians, site staff, and office roles, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing onboarding and joining formalities, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, assisting in payroll coordination and attendance tracking, handling employee queries, supporting HR policy implementation, ensuring compliance with company rules and labor regulations, supporting employee engagement and retention activities, and preparing HR reports while maintaining recruitment databases. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office, ability to multitask and manage deadlines, and good organizational and documentation skills. Preference for candidates with experience in hiring technical or site-based staff, knowledge of payroll and HR compliance, and familiarity with HVAC or MEP industry hiring.
