ANS RPO Solutions is hiring an experienced US Staffing Recruiter to manage US Recruitment and Staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage candidate sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment
Use Boolean Search, LinkedIn and job portals for candidate sourcing
Handle W2, C2C, 1099 and US work authorization requirements
Recruit for Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire positions
Manage the complete US Staffing lifecycle
Maintain candidate engagement, negotiation and follow-ups
Work with VMS / MSP and RPO processes as required
Requirements:
Experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment / US IT Recruitment
Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
Good understanding of US Staffing processes and work authorization
Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US shift environment
VMS / MSP
