TN Services is looking for an HR Recruiter – Non-IT to support recruitment activities and build a strong pipeline of candidates. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and capable of managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions, Conduct interviews via phone or in person, Evaluate candidates through resume screening and interview feedback, Serve as the primary contact for candidate queries during the hiring process, Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline, 0–3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, Effective communication skills, Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Experience working with Google Workspace, High energy and passion for recruitment, Ability to meet hiring targets.
