Job Description
Manage day-to-day HR Operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
Handle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain HRMS, employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, POSH, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Support HR audits and maintain required compliance documentation.
Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data using MS Excel and MS Office.
Independently manage HR activities while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution.
Support management in employee relations and other HR initiatives.
