Qualification: Master's Degree in Human Resources / MBA / PGDM in HR
Digital Cube CS is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations across an automobile dealership business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and employee relations, preferably within the automobile dealership, automotive retail, or related service industries.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Bulk Hiring
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for Sales, Service, Technicians, Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), Team Leaders, and support functions.
* Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and fulfil hiring targets.
* Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring-related MIS reports.
Employee Lifecycle Management
* Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
* Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
* Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime records.
* Support employee development and ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes.
Payroll and HR Reporting
* Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, employee incentives, reimbursements, and attendance data.
* Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll-related information.
* Prepare HR MIS reports covering manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to support management decision-making.
Employee Engagement and Relations
* Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare, and motivation initiatives.
* Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
* Maintain positive employee relations across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and support functions.
* Support performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development initiatives.
Training and Development
* Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
* Organize skill-development initiatives and OEM training programs.
* Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
* Support employee capability building and performance improvement.
Statutory Compliance
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate documentation and compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), gratuity, maternity benefits, and other employee benefits.
* Support statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
* Maintain relevant statutory records, filings, and employee documentation.
* Monitor compliance requirements and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements
* 7ā12 years of relevant HR experience; candidates with 8ā12 years of experience are preferred.
* Experience in automobile dealerships, automotive retail, or related service industries is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
* Hands-on experience in volume hiring and frontline recruitment.
* Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
* Practical experience with PF, ESI, PT, and gratuity calculations and filings.
* Experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR reporting.
* Strong employee relations and grievance-handling skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS platforms.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
* MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who have managed HR operations across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and support functions in an automobile dealership environment will be preferred.
