V-Soft Consulting is hiring an HR Executive with Talent Acquisition experience for its Hyderabad location. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment along with HR operations, employee engagement and HR support activities.
The position will also involve fresher hiring coordination, maintaining HR records and supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries. V-Soft Consulting has an established India presence in Hyderabad and Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and candidate coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and internal databases.
- Coordinate fresher hiring with colleges and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
- Support onboarding, HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Support employees and managers with HR-related queries.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Minor specialization in IT/Systems, Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Strong recruitment and candidate coordination skills.
- Experience in HR operations and employee engagement is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
