BroadPeak Systems is hiring an experienced HR Executive for an on-site night shift role in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This position focuses on managing the employee lifecycle, recruitment, HRIS administration, onboarding, office administration, and driving employee engagement and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
Execute routine HR transactions, understand job requirements, source candidates, and maintain employee documents.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, including workspace readiness, introductions, and office orientation.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
Manage the recruitment and staffing process, including preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and completing hiring formalities.
Assist with employee engagement, team celebrations, wellness activities, and culture-building programs.
Track employee attendance patterns, work timings, and performance.
Handle general office administration activities, including seating arrangements, access cards, office supplies, and employee facilities.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, operations, HRIS management, and administrative support.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and employee-relation skills, ability to manage night shift operations, and maintain strict confidentiality and policy compliance.
