Position: Senior HR Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll
Qualification: BBA / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Key Responsibilities: Independently manage end-to-end Plant HR operations, including attendance, leave, shift records, and employee data management. Coordinate blue-collar and staff recruitment to meet factory manpower requirements. Handle joining formalities, induction, and onboarding. Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing. Maintain statutory registers, HR compliance records, and documentation. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, the Factories Act, CLRA, and Minimum Wages requirements. Liaise with manpower vendors and contract labour. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters at the shop-floor level. Support labour inspections, audits, and statutory documentation. Manage exit formalities and coordinate Full and Final Settlement. Issue HR letters, including experience, relieving, and confirmation letters. Serve as the primary HR contact for the factory and coordinate regularly with the Corporate HR team. Prepare and submit HR MIS reports to management.
Eligibility and Required Skills: Candidates should have 3ā5 years of relevant HR experience and a qualification in HR or an equivalent field. Strong knowledge of Plant HR operations and a basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance are required. Candidates should have experience in engineering recruitment, proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS, and documentation, and strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-handling skills. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete HR function at the plant and be comfortable interacting with shop-floor employees, workers, supervisors, and management.
