The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across multiple locations, including Store Sales, Cashier, Customer Service, Store Manager, and other retail roles. The role requires strong sourcing skills, effective coordination with stakeholders, and the ability to close multiple positions within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across multiple locations. Manage bulk hiring for Store Sales, Cashier, Customer Service, Store Manager, and other retail roles. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, walk-ins, and other channels. Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews. Work closely with Store Managers and Area Sales Managers to understand manpower requirements. Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely position closures. Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and joining follow-ups. Track offer acceptance rates, candidate backouts, joining ratios, and recruitment turnaround time (TAT). Maintain recruitment MIS, daily and weekly hiring trackers, and recruitment reports. Organize walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives as required. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Retail recruitment experience is mandatory. Strong candidate sourcing and bulk hiring experience. Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work within tight deadlines. Candidates who are currently not working, available for immediate joining, or serving a short notice period will be preferred.
