The company’s team of privacy consultants, information security experts, and penetration testers helps organizations build strong data protection frameworks and maintain regulatory compliance.
The position is based in Noida and requires work from the office five days a week. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM in a general shift.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with around one year of recruitment experience to support hiring across technical and consulting roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data using an applicant tracking system, preferably Zoho Recruit.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum one year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is required. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is an added advantage.
Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
