MetricsNumero Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end engineering recruitment and support the organization's growing talent requirements across engineering and technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and technology roles, including requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, selection, offer closure, and onboarding support. Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and deliver suitable candidates.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels. Manage multiple recruitment requirements while supporting employer branding initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Analytics and Process Excellence:
Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data and monitor recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Hire, Pipeline Conversion, Source Effectiveness, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and Hiring Turnaround Time (TAT). Prepare recruitment reports, analyze hiring performance, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end engineering recruitment, with hands-on exposure to engineering and/or technology hiring.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer coordination.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Understanding of recruitment analytics, hiring metrics, and data-driven recruitment practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology, engineering, IT services, product-based, or other growth-oriented organizations is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
