Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding.
Manage employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement, performance management, feedback cycles, and HR initiatives.
Assist with HR policies, compliance, background verification (BGV), and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR reports while working closely with business leaders and managers.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintaining HR reports, managing recruitment platforms, and coordinating payroll inputs.
Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to handle multiple HR activities independent
