Job Description
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies and people initiatives with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions.
Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Drive performance management, goal-setting, appraisal, and performance improvement processes.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve employee experience.
Coordinate training and development programs based on organizational and employee requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR MIS, reports, and key HR metrics.
Coordinate with Payroll and HR Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.
Support manpower planning, workforce requirements, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
Guide managers on HR policies, people management, performance improvement, and employee-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and business stakeholders.

Experience: 6–8 Years
CTC: ₹5–7 LPA
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
