The company is hiring an HR Operation Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram, Sector 62, Haryana, India. The role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Generalist, or HR Analytics and reports to the Senior Manager - Human Resource. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to consolidate information from multiple sources, create meaningful dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable HR insights to management. Key responsibilities include managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit including employee records, documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits, managing end-to-end payroll processing including salary, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable compliances, maintaining and analysing employee, salary, payroll, appraisal, increment, promotion, attrition, and compensation data, consolidating data from multiple sources and creating HR dashboards, reports, and analytics, analysing trends related to headcount, attrition, salary, payroll, employee costs, and other HR metrics, supporting appraisal, increment, promotion, and compensation review processes through accurate data and analysis, developing automated trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools using advanced Excel, macros, and VBA, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive HR and payroll processes and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency, maintaining accurate HR databases and ensuring data integrity across all HR systems and reports, and supporting HRMS, payroll, and HR technology initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in an HR consultancy or payroll processing firm or as an in-house Payroll or HR Operations professional, with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliances, advanced proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting, strong understanding of Excel automation, macros, and VBA, experience working with large volumes of employee data and data from multiple sources, strong ability to create dashboards, reports, and data-driven HR insights, strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in HR data, and experience with HRMS, payroll software, and HR automation tools is preferred.
