Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading German MNC based in Chakan, Pune. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also overseeing and supporting Payroll, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management Systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience. Key responsibilities include aligning HR strategy with business objectives, driving workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning, coaching leaders on performance and capability development, designing and implementing Learning and Development strategy, conducting Training Needs Analysis, managing training calendars and capability-building initiatives, coordinating monthly payroll processing with vendors, validating payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, and deductions, supporting payroll audits and compliance, managing employee relations and grievance handling, driving engagement and retention initiatives, supporting diversity and inclusion programs, leading performance appraisal cycles, identifying and developing high-potential talent, supporting leadership development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining HRMS data and reporting accuracy, and analyzing HR metrics including attrition, headcount, and cost.
