DKS Manpower Solutions is hiring an experienced and smart HR Manager / HR & Compliance Executive who can independently handle complete HR operations, labour law compliance, employee management, and client coordination in the manpower supply and staffing industry. The candidate should be capable of managing manpower business operations professionally and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Responsibilities include complete recruitment process covering hiring, joining, documentation, and attendance setup, employee records management and HR administration, salary processing, payslip generation, PF, ESI, bonus and leave records, handling EPFO and ESIC portal work, monthly statutory compliance and returns filing, labour law compliance related to contract labour and manpower supply business, preparing appointment letters, agreements, warning letters and HR policies, attendance, overtime and shift management of deployed staff, client coordination and issue resolution, handling worker grievances and discipline matters, new client onboarding support and documentation, vendor and contractor compliance support, inspection readiness and government notice handling support, and MIS reports and manpower data management in Excel. Preferred candidates will have experience in manpower, staffing or contractor line, Haryana labour compliance experience, and should be an immediate joiner who is smart, responsible and trustworthy. If the candidate can support business development or bring clients, salary is negotiable with additional incentives.
