Pranatree is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern in Bengaluru who wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. This six-month internship is suitable for MBA graduates specializing in HR as well as graduates from BBA, BA, Psychology or related disciplines. The selected candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels, maintaining regular communication with candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups. The intern will also work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, assist with interview scheduling, maintain candidate documentation and recruitment trackers, support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, and contribute to HR operations and other people-related activities as required. The role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems and AI-enabled hiring solutions. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, effective follow-up skills and a proactive, organized approach. Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply. The internship offers a stipend of up to ₹20,000 per month, mentorship, practical learning, exposure to real-world hiring across multiple functions and opportunities to work with hiring leaders and business stakeholders. A full-time employment opportunity may be offered based on internship performance and organizational requirements.
