We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition professional for our Mumbai office. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. The candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities, and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing. Responsibilities include screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely feedback and candidate closure, and driving offer negotiation, salary benchmarking, and pre-joining engagement. The candidate will maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers, ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed, ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and policies, and meet defined TAT, quality, and hiring targets.
