Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations specifically tailored to the transport and logistics sector. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for drivers, operations staff, and corporate roles, developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices, managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance with labor laws, transport regulations, and statutory requirements, handling employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions, driving performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives, overseeing payroll, compensation and benefits administration, monitoring and improving attendance, retention, and workforce productivity, supporting leadership with HR analytics, MIS reports, and strategic planning, and managing and mentoring the HR team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory regulations, experience handling blue-collar workforce including drivers, fleet staff, and warehouse teams, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
