Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across assigned functions and roles.
Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, and exit management.
Drive performance management processes and support the effective implementation of the PMS cycle.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR Operations.
Plan and coordinate Learning & Development programs, training initiatives, and employee development activities.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to support a positive and productive work environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and people practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Manage external vendors and recruitment agencies to support hiring and other HR requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, analytics, dashboards, reports, and employee-related data.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation through HRMS and other HR systems.
Partner with management and employees to address HR requirements and improve overall HR processes.
Utilize MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and relevant AI tools to improve HR efficiency and reporting.

Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
