Job Description
We are hiring a Head of HR based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The role involves leading end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, driving HR strategy, policies, and organizational development initiatives, managing talent acquisition and workforce planning, overseeing employee engagement and building a positive work culture, handling performance management, appraisals, and employee development, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, and labor laws, managing employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution, overseeing payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits, preparing HR MIS reports and supporting leadership decision-making, and leading training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to HR operations and strategy, proven leadership and team management skills, strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR best practices, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
