Job Description
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for corporate offices and multiple project sites across infrastructure and construction projects.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project-site requirements.
Manage hiring for Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, site staff, and other project workforce requirements.
Develop manpower plans and coordinate workforce deployment across multiple project locations.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and coordinate with relevant teams for payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour laws.
Implement HR policies, processes, and procedures across corporate and project-site locations.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
Drive employee engagement initiatives across project sites and corporate teams.
Maintain accurate HR records, statutory documentation, HR reports, and workforce trackers.
Partner with project managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and resolve HR-related issues.
Monitor HR operations across multiple project sites and ensure consistent implementation of HR processes.
Support employee retention, workforce planning, and people-management initiatives.
Ensure effective communication between project teams, employees, and corporate HR.
Provide HR guidance to project leadership and support business objectives through effective people practices.
