Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end HR management including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR MIS, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle activities. Handle issuance of HR letters, salary structuring inputs, increments, performance appraisal coordination, and exit formalities. Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling while supporting disciplinary processes and maintaining compliance with company policies. Also support client-facing responsibilities at the Experience Centre including welcoming visitors, coordinating walkthroughs, and assisting in client relationship management to ensure a premium brand experience in a luxury interiors environment.
