Job Description
ITBD is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage recruitment operations, team performance, hiring targets, recruitment reporting, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, team management, recruitment analytics, dashboards, MIS, and hiring performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets and hiring objectives.
Manage team performance, productivity, recruitment targets, and overall hiring delivery.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate joining.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely closures.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, and reports.
Monitor and analyze key Talent Acquisition metrics, including TAT, closures, offer-to-join ratio, hiring performance, and other recruitment KPIs.
Use Excel and recruitment dashboards to analyze hiring data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting to management and stakeholders.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Drive effective sourcing and screening strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.
Ensure smooth recruitment process management and timely completion of hiring activities.
Track recruitment performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.
Provide leadership, guidance, and performance support to recruitment team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
