Job Description
A prominent Gold Jewellery Manufacturing company is hiring an HR Manager for its facility in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. This role oversees end-to-end plant and corporate HR operations, encompassing factory recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory labour compliance (PF/ESIC), employee relations, performance appraisals, and HR MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Factory & Corporate Recruitment: Drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes across plant operations, skilled labor, factory staff, and corporate positions.
HR Operations & Payroll: Manage attendance tracking, leave records, workforce scheduling, and coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
Labour Compliance & Statutory Regulations: Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws, factory regulations, and manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory filings.
Employee Relations & Welfare: Address employee grievances, drive retention strategies, lead workplace welfare initiatives, and manage employee engagement activities.
Performance & MIS Reporting: Coordinate performance appraisal programs, manage training needs, and maintain accurate HR MIS reports and employee master data.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience: 5ā8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, factory HR, or industrial setups.
Domain Expertise: Practical knowledge of factory labor laws, PF/ESIC statutory compliance, employee relations, and workforce management.
Core Competencies: End-to-end HR operations, factory recruitment, conflict resolution, HR MIS reporting, organization, and strong communication skills.
