Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Vegas Mall, Dwarka Sector 14, New Delhi (On-site)
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 6 - 10 Years in HR
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a database of candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
2. HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal accounts teams and external consultants for payroll and compliance matters.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.
- Support employee retention, workplace discipline, and maintain a positive work culture.
5. HR Reporting & Management Support:
- Prepare routine reports on headcount, attendance, recruitment, attrition, and payroll.
- Monitor HR processes and recommend operational improvements.
- Support senior management in manpower planning, policy development, and overall workforce management.
